Having received his real estate license at the tender age of 19, Steve went on to obtain his Broker’s license as well as prestigious designations including Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), e-pro and is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. Steve maintains memberships in two local Board of Realtor associations and has actively participated as a committee and Board member in the Realtor's Association of Martin County. . He is a lifetime member of “The Million Dollar Club,” consistently achieving awards for high sales volume. His knowledge of the area, the real estate market, the industry and all of its aspects make him a respected and knowledgeable member of the real estate community. Continuing the legacy begun by his father, Stephen leads DHB with an understanding of the people and economies of the area.

Steve has been living on the Treasure Coast since 1969 and is entrenched in the local community. He donates time and resources to St Mary’s Church, whether its distributing food or disaster relief – Steve’s in the thick of it as a contributing member of the community.
